Video recording of an event, including but not limited to: guest speakers, special presentations, town hall events, awards ceremonies, etc.
Requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event to ensure the availability of resources to accommodate your request.
Event video services are offered at a rate of $25.00/hour.
The charges for video production include time for setup/tear down of equipment & the time it takes to record. Additional charges may apply if post-production editing is required at the same rate.
Our event video recording workflow requires all PowerPoint files to be provided 24-hours in advance as to ensure they are incorporated into the final video; no post-production services are needed.
If PPT files are not provided 24-hours before the event, post-production editing services are required to incorporate PPT files into the project.
