Indoor Digital Monitors

The digital signs across campus are for university-recognized student groups and university departments to share information with the on-campus community. 

Digital Signage Guidelines 

  • Please submit your request and artwork at least five business days before the date of an event and two business days before you’d like the information posted.
  • Each department can have a maximum of three slides posted at a time. Ad postings are based on availability.
  • Each slide may be posted for up to two weeks. Please provide start and end dates when you submit your request.
  • The Marketing department reviews all advertisements submitted. If your ad requires adjustments before posting, you will receive an email with details.
  • Please note that we cannot post messages that include the copyrighted or trademarked works of others without written permission. 

Specifications for Art

  • The dimensions of the art for your ad should be a 16:9 ratio (1920 pixels wide x 1080 pixels high at 300 resolution, which is 13.33” wide x 7.5” high)
  • Submit the art for your ad as a .jpg or PowerPoint file.
  • Please use an approved university logo, which you can get by emailing To adjust the size of the logo proportionately, hold down the shift key while dragging the corner of the image.
  • Your ad will only be displayed for approximately 10 seconds at a time so the text should be easy for viewers to read. Please limit the amount of text and make it as large as possible.
